    No, the rate adjustment in SAPI5 is slightly different but similar from the method used in SAPI4.

    In SAPI5 use the rate property to change the rate. I can't remember whether the rate adjust refer to the number of spoken words per minute.

      Would inserting that line also work for a SAPI 5 voice such as scansoft lee and would the figure of 360 work for a scansoft voice or does it need to be adjusted and is the 360 a words per minute speed?
