Either use voicebox2.5.1.zip, or the one available at
http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/VoiceHowto They are almost
identical and will recognise .ogg files.

You will need SAPI 5.1 installed. If you need to install this, see the
last 4 paragraphs in the READ_ME_PLEASE.txt file included in the zip.
