Or you can run it from the command prompt or in xp right click the vbs file and select the option that says open with command prompt then you dont have to worry about that.

    The message warning you about the unknown voice pops up because the speech engine isn't known to the ReplacementList.
    Unless you have problems with correct pronounciation of words, you might just disable the checking for the
    ReplacementList.

      I tried to make one with various voices. Is a message about unknown voice supposed to keep scrolling by? It appears I get a directory full of mp3's. I finally got rid of the VBR thing, the file ends up too big with this turned on.
