I could try the reset, but how do you reset it to the defaults? I'm blind so
have no idea what the menues are without speech. (SMILE)

Did you try two other things?
reset with the reset button, you need a paper clip sized thing to do it
with.
and going into the menus and setting it to the defaults?

Hi all,

I just updated rockbox from july 07-06 to november 18-06.
I Deleted everything off the iriver and reextracted rockbox.zip and the
fonts also got the latest english.lang and english.voice files.
Now when I go into the menues I don't get speech at all.
What can I do to fix this? I need urgent help as I want to take it with me
tomorrow!
