Hi Brandon,

Sorry think you misunderstood my email, the drive is dead and does not show
up in windows.

I've also tried resetting. When I do this a message flashes up saying audio
then it reverts back to the charging state.

The disc tries to spin up twice then shuts off.

If you or anyone has any more ideas for me to try I'd be really greatful.
