Are you talking about the button over the a b button?

That is the only button I see at the top right of the buttons. Also do I
hold that down for a few seconds and then release and then hit the on
button?

The button is located on the pannel of buttons of the player, on the top
right hand corner, above the repeat button.

I can't find it and it said if I want to load the iriver firmware I cold
