Hi,
I am also totally blind and have been using an Ipod 30GB video for the past
few months. I'm extremely happy with it and also listen to Audiobooks on
it.

Hi,

I'm blind, and I've been pleased with my iPod Nano. I want to be able to
play Audible books on my player, and though I have to switch to the Apple
firmware to do this, at least it's possible to play those files and have
speech for most other files. You'd have to make sure to get a first
generation Nano though, as the second generation one isn't supported. A
video iPod other than the 80 GB one should also work.

Cheers,
Anna
