Hi Daniel,

I was suggesting you follow the procedure for replacing the
bootloader with the original firmware and remove the Rockbox
directory so that your iPod is in the state it was before you
installed Rockbox. The instructions for installing Rockbox also
include instructions for reverting to the original firmware. If that
works, you could then do a new install of Rockbox, and maybe
everything would work better. This is a stab in the dark, but I
think it's what I would try if I were having this problem.
