Hi
I don't mind bottom posting, as there were only 2 messages there. But, when 
its a huge thread E.G: when its a huge discussion, we've got >> >> signs to 
contend with- is there a way to disable the speaking of these? That way, it 
would be a lot easier to read bottom-posted email.
And as to the quoted text, I think it might be a non-screen reader thing, as 
far as I know (correct me if I'm wrong?)
