This is because Rockbox uses a different boot loader. Hold the << button
while plugging in the Sansa to your computer to get into the Official
firmware and run the "Sansa Firmware Updater".

Choose one of the supported Archos, iriver, iPod, or iAudio models that
have the features that you want.
