Rockbox will not create *.bmark-Files

Hi Rockboxer!

I have a little probleme with RockBox on my Ipod Nano. Rockbox will not create any Bmark-File any way... I turned the following options on:
Bookmark on Stop and recent Bookmarks. The recent bookmarks menu will not open if i select it
But also if i Tried to Set a Bookmark manually... no *.bmark file.... some hints in this case? This all happends with speech enabled.
