You could also install the latest build with the Rockbox Utility
http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/viewfile/Main/RockboxUtility?rev=1;filename=rbutil-win32-v0.3.0.zip

Make sure you select current build. It gives me an error at the end, but it works.
