The original version of voicebox specified Microsoft Sam in the script, but
later versions were changed to "do nothing", i.e., they should use whatever is
specified in the control panel settings. Do you know the vintage of the version
you are using, or alternatively, the source URL? The newer version is started
via an HTA (HTml Application) that allows you to specify the options you'd like
to use when the script is run. All folders ('dotted' or not) should be voiced as
long as you have selected the "Voice Folders" option.
