Hi,

Yes there is. Hold down Menu and Select (the top and middle buttons) until Rockbox reboots. You can also switch to the Apple firmware any time you like by holding Menu and Select and immediately turning Hold on until the Apple firmware loads. It's useful to do this when transferring content to the iPod, as the computer will work with it more efficiently this way. Good luck.
