I was talking about the page http://www.rockbox.org/daily.shtml which used
to be the main daily build page, but looks like it isn't any more? I must
admit I haven't visited the official builds pages for a bit, since I roll
my own.

From the page you posted, yes it's clear (though maybe not for blind
users?), although there's a certain amount of information overload.

However the confusion for the original poster possibly indicates that
maybe things aren't obvious enough?
