Thanks a lot - I did some searching for "which hardware"
etc, but didn't dig this up from the intricate depths of
this site. Well, according to Paul's post - and he does seem
pretty knowledgable - I have little choice but to go for the
Iaudios. No Gigabeats for sale in Germany anymore, no Ipods
for me (sorry, rule of da house ;-) and the Iaudios are on
their hindlegs, too :-O

Maybe the only inherent disadvantage of Rockbox: it only
comes in when the hardware is (starting to go) out. Aaah for
the first manufacturer to build a player around it in the
1st place...
