Hi Christian,

Well, for starters, gather up as much information as you can about the
player. Gather
chipset information, firmware upgrade information, other hardware info, and
anything you
can. You can make a wiki page on the Rockbox site for the iriver U10 and
post all of the info
up there.

I just did the same for the Archos Jukebox Multimedia/AV1XX models. Check
out the wiki
page for more information.
