Date: Sun, 05 Aug 2007 17:06:58 -0500 Remember that HE-AAC, when played by a player that doesn't support HE-AAC, will ignore the SBR and be played as a standard AAC at half the sample rate. Wouldn't this result, in the case of improper sample rate handling, in a file that plays double speed? At least, if my understanding of HE-AAC is correct, that is. I don't know if our player does this, or if it simply attempts to use the SBR and runs out of CPU power.
