I think a new MakeVoices script needs to be written. If I read it
properly, the voice files are now generated for specific targets,
meaning we can't get away with one-voice-fits-all anymore. I'd guess the
reason the menus aren't speaking is because the lang and compiled lng
files no longer match. Hopefully some updated documentation is on the
way to address this.
