For clarification, this only concerns the main voice file, not the
file/directory .talk clips. Generation of those remains the same (they are
just mp3 files renamed).

The spelling/numbering of files/directories requires a voice file, of
course.

Really, someone just need to update the MakeVoices.vbs on
http://www.rockbox.org/wiki/VoiceBuilding to use the new system. I already
updated voicefont.exe but can't quite work out genlang...
