certain bit rates still cause ipod video to lock up

Hi all:
I am running the august 17th build of rockbox on my ipod video 80 gig and still see some freezeing issues with audio books or any file ripped at 64 kbps or 128 kbps.
I wonder if anyone is seeing this issue?
Higher bit rates don't seem to lock up the player as much.
