IPOD 80 gb and rockbox help

Hi list:

Please can someone give me the proper steps to install Rockbox with the
voice file to make it work? I have a problem with the build I have which is
from uly 2007 where I can't turn the IPOD off.

Also please can someone tell me what file to use?
