What version of FLAC did you use? What options did you use when encoding?
Does "flac --test" succeed? What happens if you open the context menu in the
file browser for the problematic file, then select playlist, then insert?
Music playback must be stopped (not paused) before doing this.

I have experienced random freezes with some FLAC files on H300, but haven't
been able to track down the problem (it is always a different file).
