I've looked at the file and it works fine on my iRiver (ColdFire-based).
Works in the simulator too, so I'm not sure what the problem could be.

Nothing special about the file that I can see. Encoded by libFLAC 1.1.2,
bitrate is 728 kbps, max frame size is 3321 bytes, no seek table...
