Hi rockers!

Just got the above-mentioned unit.

Just put it on the charger via the crappy pop port USB charger.

My question is:

How do I get it to show up as a drive letter in the My Computer folder?

The hardware wizard popped up but failed with no driver installation.

Do I need to install anything off the companion CD to get it to show up?

Your help is always appreciated! Well, most of the time any ways
