Sounds like you've hit the dual-boot bug that other users have been
hitting. You'll need to recover the original firmware using recovery
mode: http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/SansaE200Unbrick

Then, use an old version of sansapatcher to install the bootloader.
Use 0.2 for now:
