There is no infrastructure for this at this time. It cannot be done
without changing the code.

Eventually I'd like to look into a way to provide Rockbox with a kind of
dictionary mapping strings to pre-generated voice for not only tag names
but also tag values, and other things than tags as well. But that's a long
term project.
