I've only been using the sansa for a week now, but I love it. I have had no problems with the unit freezing, and the speech is great.
I haven't put the battery to the test yet, what should I expect?

  The sansa e200 works well with rockbox. Yes, the battery isn't optimal, but speech support is excellent. I think rockbox improves on the sansa's original firmware as well in terms of sound, and functionality, and I am happy with its performance.
