You're assuming I didn't set back to defaults.

I notice some issues with the player that are unrelated to rockbox but wwhen
combined with them, I'd prefer doing a complete reset of the device.
The manual doesn't explain how to do the reset I want, so that's why I
didn't think it would be too much trouble to ask for help.
