Hi Sharon,

Sounds like you forgot to unzip a Rockbox build onto your H10. Reconnect it
to your PC in UMS mode, then download from this link:

http://build.rockbox.org/dist/build-h10/rockbox.zip

Unzip it onto the root of your player (which would be the letter Windows
assigns it; for example F:\ or G:\), then disconnect
and restart the H10. Rockbox should then load.
