I've top posted before, everyone does once or twice, or has an email
client do it without noticing. Rocker has been reminded many, many times
of the rules of this list and ignored it. Whether or not I've done it in
the past does not make it magically okay now for someone else to do it,
nor does it change the fact that he has frequently ignored and violated
this rule, even in responding to reminders to follow it.
