Well, I thought that's what my messages to the list have been about of
late. Yes. Several times. Probably more than 30 times. Yes, I'm a
cygwin user, yes, my voices are available for download, yes, the process
works, yes, people seem to like the voices I make for some reason, and yes,
you too can be just like me. Well, the tutorial for installing and
setting up Cygwin was a great help, I certainly didn't learn it by myself.
If you need further help, write off-list, I will help you as much as I can.
