No idea. Espeak is at the volume I like so never messed with rbspeex
volume...
Perhaps you can adjust the volume of the voice your using. Maybe there
is a configuration for it. Maybe read a man page on it.... Oh... maybe
there aren't man pages for windows voices but I am sure googling for
information on adjusting SAPI volume or whatever should give you
something...
