Hi,

I have read through the user manual. It says to set the USB settings to MSC
instead of MTP. I have had my wife look through the unit and there is not
USB settings choice in any of the menus.

Is my unit defective or is there something else wrong?

I wanted to update the firmware but it says I have to use MSC mode to do so.
