Ok, my wife looked at it and now it is powering up and shows Iriver on the
screen but never goes beyond that. I thought it was supposed to boot with
Rockbox instead?

Any idea what I may have done wrong? I did install the boot loader from
Rockbox and Rockbox and the .voice as directed in the install guide.
