Ok, I have created the MP3 files of each of the phrases from the english.lng
file. I now want to use voicefont.exe to create the .voice file.

I have searched the Rockbox site and can not find a definition of the parms
for the voicefont.exe program. Can anyone tell me what they each mean?

When I run it with no parms I get the following:
Usage: voicefont <string id list file> <target id> <mp3 path> <output file>

What is the format of the ids list file? What are the valid values for the
target id(parm 2)?
