Is there any way to check in WPS what song is playing?

Secondly: Is there any chanke to submit the patchs mentioned in FS#6323 to
svn? The problem is that if I compile Rockbox with those patches and newer
build comes out, I have to recompile rockbox again if I want to keep the
patch... Or have I misunderstood something?
