Just when you hit select in the wps?
Or in the menus too?
Like when the voice talks anywhere should playback stop?
Or only in the file browser?
Stopping playback for the voice anywhere would probably be easiest since
we could just call a function in talk.c in all the functions there but it
may get messy if we start stopping playback for certain actions...
Then when should music start again?
Once the talking has finished? Or once the user returns to the wps?

**I like where your going with this idea. As always, it always works better
if users have their choice. Thus having the option to customize within the
General settings/voice menu would be appropriate.

Personally, I'd like to see the ability to stop playback while browseing all
menus with auto resume once one returned to the WPS.
