How to create Rockbox directories on Sandisk e200

Is it possible to create folders in Rockbox? For example, could I safely create
different folder using WIndows Explorer while my Sandisk e200 is connected to
my computer?

I'd use the folders to organize my mp3 files (i.e. folders jazz, renaissance music,
politics, comedy, etc.

This is probably a stupid question but i've not been able to find an answer by
RTFM.
