Simply flash an unpatched iriver firmware to the player, and delete the
.rockbox folder
(or back it up, if you wish!). This will remove Rockbox from your player.

I would suggest sticking to a U.S. firmware if your H140 is a U.S. model;
here's the latest
unpatched firmware (v1.66U) for your device:

And no, using foreign firmwares on your iriver won't damage it; the H300
series requires a foreign firmware to use the Rockbox
bootloader.
