for the last few updates, my iPod will 'come' alive -
the display lights-up
and i can hear the HD spin-up, at random times for no
apparent reason.
i notice it at night since the display will illuminate
a darken room and the
HD noise is not lost the normal background noise.
it doesn't seems to matter if the iPod is playing
anything (it doesn't seem
to be tied to a memory load) or just doing nothin'.
my concern is this will impact runtime/battery life.
