Hi Rich,

Go to Settings/General Settings/Playlists and make sure Recursively
Insert Directories is on. Then, if all your folders are within a
Music folder, arrow to that folder, but don't press Enter. Instead,
hold down Select to go into the File menu. The first choice is
Playlist; select that. Then scroll to Insert Shuffled and press Right
or Select, and you should be good to go.
