Subject: Ipod battery status with rockbox

Hi.
 
Running a 5.5G Ipod video with a current build of rockbox. Just after boot
up the battery reading is lower then it should be sometimes 20% lower and
then after a minute or 2 it jumps up to where it's suppose to be. Any
reason for why this is?

I have a similar issue, except that battery status will sit at around 88%
for quite a while before starting to decrease normally. Almost as though
there is charge there that is being used, but above 88% rockbox is not
detecting it until the charge level physically reaches that point.
