The title says all :-)

Since December 2007 I started working in the idea of having a Free/Open
hardware audio player and recorder, for use with RockBox. Righ now there is a
company, Pasen [http://pasen.it/] that wants to build and sell this player,
the RockboxPlayer.

Pasen is an Italian company that rebrand MP3 players and sell them. They want
now information about how shuold be the player, wich functionalites. Please
