Reformatting and re-installing the same Rockbox version won't do anything
good.

I would rather suggest you upgrade to the most recent Rockbox, and if you
still have problems you analyze the ogg files with the problems. It's almost
always something about bad meta tag formats etc (like id3 tags on ogg files or
similar).

Reformat and re-install is hardly ever the right answer in Rockbox land.
