Help to find the new version for Iriver H340

Hi all,
I'm searching for the newest H340 Rockbox-version. Where I can find it? And
where I can get the best newest speech for H340?
I use an old version of Rockbox.
How to install it on my H340 and how to copy the speech-file?
Do I need to patch one more time the player with the Firmware?
