Sory if it has been already discussed but we don't know what to do...

a friend of mine has a sansa which seems to have been messed up during
the bootloader installation. Now, the computer doesn't detect it, even
after having resetting it or boot it on the original firmware. When
powering the sansa, the word "bootloader" appears but no way to have it
detected by the computer.

I've looked at the unbrick procedures but it tells us to copy files on
the sansa in recovery mode. But, how do you copy things on a unit which
is not detected by the computer.

Please help!
