A speech interface is all very well (my girfriend uses it all the time on my
iRiver) but surely you still need physical buttons to press to select the
menu you want, scroll through the items etc - a touch screen is just no use
at all if there's no difference between "where is the button for X?" and "oh,
I just pressed the button for Y".

I meant it as a serious question - how is a visually impaired user supposed to
use an iPod touch? I don't see that it's possible (no pun intended).
