Using the REC button might be a bad choice on Iriver, but that can be
changed.

There is a reason why USB power mode is *not* implemented as a popup.
The button method always works no matter where you are ('cause it's
implemented in firmware/). Using a popup would mean making *every*
user screen in rockbox popup aware (redrawing is just one issue).

The setting method would work, but imo it would be more cumbersome to
use than the simple button method.
