A Couple of questions if anyone can assist.

1. How can I check the version of Rockbox on my Ipod?
2. I've just gone onto the Rockbox site and downloaded what it says is
the latest software, do I just install this over the top?
3. Do I need to install anything else for my Talk clips or is
everything still the same.
